Our Origin

In 1967, Finca Irlanda became the first organic and biodynamic coffee plantation in Mexico. Since then, this community of more than 30 coffee-growing families has dedicated itself to preserving the flora and fauna of the region, promoting direct trade and cultivating high-altitude specialty coffee.

Learn about the different coffee waves in the world, as well as the basics of brewing and extraction methods. The session is conducted in a practical and simple manner, so no experience is required to participate.
